Response: The address has been confirmed, section 11.15.8 is accurate.

Question: Can we provide a bid on either of the Internet and Voice components? ( Can we bid one not both )
Response: Yes, section 9.1 of the RFP allows for "Responding Vendors to bid on the whole network or individual sites, services, and/or facilities."

Question:Would you consider having multiple Providers for services and sites?
Response: Yes

Question: Is SIP fronting considered a replacement for PRI service.
Response: All equivalent technologies will be considered

Question: Maine Behavioral Healthcare Spring Harbor Hospital HCP 23786. Does this location have any further specific requirements related to diversity? I see that there is one road in-and-out of the campus. Does MaineHealth have a building entrance that is diverse from the existing aerial path along Andover Rd?
Response: To the extent possible please provide a diverse POP and path to the one road entering the campus. The building does not have a second entrance.

Question: Is is possible to get this RFP in word format?
Response: The RFP must be downloaded from the USAC site. Even the links on this webpage point to usac.org. The latest version of Word does a fair job of converting. There are also conversion tools available online.

Question: Also, confirming due date of 5/16 by 11am please?
Response: The due date is 5/17 by 11PM.

Question: I would like to know if you are willing to accept an extension for this RFP due date due to the complexity of this bid?
Response: Unfortunately we are unable to extend due to the limited amount of time left in the funding window.
