Question: This is now RFP-161, do you need me to change this on the RFP or can I just resubmit? .
Response: Please replace any reference to RFP-144 on your proposal with RFP-161 and resubmit.
Question: At last report, that long distance only T1 was incorporated into RFP 161 on the USAC Rural Healthcare site. It has a filing date of 4/5 and a response date of 5/4.
Response: Vendor responses are due by 5/3/17 @ 5:00PM Eastern. The USAC website lists an ACSD date of 5/4/17 "ACSD: The Allowable Contract Selection Date (ACSD) is the date that the applicant can enter into a contract with the selected service provider"
Question: I just need a few minutes to discuss how St. Joseph's LD T1 fits into this and where you’re at with all of the other RFPs.
Response: St Joseph's has requested 3 PRIs at their main location on the RFP. Please follow the instructions in the RFP to submit a proposal. Submitting a proposal for all, some, or one of the services listed in the RFP is acceptable
