Question:Will there be any long distance (LD) minutes associated with the PRIs?
Response: Maine Veterans' Homes desires LD billed in 6 second increments. No bundled LD minutes.
Question:Will you potentially award certain items on the RFP individually (such as the Caribou to Machias point-to-point circuit), or do you intend to award the entire bid to one provider?
Response: Maine Veterans' Homes currently operates a multi-vendor WAN infrastructure, and their desire is to continue this practice for vendor diversity. Thus, it is likely that several awards will be made for portions of the network to multiple providers.
